As a librarian, I came to realize that most of the people in my acquaintance were college grads, and many more with advanced degrees. It dawned on me that I did not live in the real world. The people that I served every day were mostly those in-the-real-world people. It gave me a great sense of satisfaction to help them find the information they needed. If I do say so myself, public service is truly noble. The best of that service is helping people realize their dream of "their own home." Well done, Al!
